Cultivated Foods

We use fermentation, the ancient food and beverage production process that has been used for centuries to make well known foods such as beer, miso and kombucha.

We use fermentation to grow our proprietary natural yeast (which contains oils, proteins and other nutritious ingredients) using food stocks that would otherwise go to waste in a sustainable and circular process. We then separate the ingredients and sell them for use in food and cosmetic products.
